That’s why I’m excited to introduce a new — and hopefully perennial — feature of this year’s virtual event: Transformers or Disruptors: Women in Tech.

Hosted by Ann Lloyd, VP Customer Success and Experience at Axway, this all-women panel discussion will dissect the unique influences and opportunities that drive women to succeed in the tech space.

Joining Ann are business and IT leaders from around the globe who have led major companies to exponential growth in a digitally disruptive world:

Chhavi Bhargava, Data Exchange Service Manager, Ford Motor Co.

Chhavi has over 20 years of experience in data exchange services including B2B integration. She applies her expertise in software development, test and integration management, and business analysis to her role at Ford, where she has been since 2003.

Fernanda Toscano, IT Senior Executive, HDI Insurance

Fernanda has led teams of up to 500 people at global companies such as Claro, Nextel, Sky, and now HDI Insurance. Her expertise spans IT transformation, system development, project management, architecture, infrastructure, and operations.

Susanne Schuetz, SVP Customer and Business Intelligence, DB Schenker

Susanne brings over 30 years of experience in IT development and differentiating IT to her current role at DB Schenker, where she leads a global team of 250 members in data-driven information management solutions from data lakes to analytics.
