In July, Gartner published their Gartner Magic Quadrant for Content Collaboration Platforms, and we were very excited, actually, super excited to be positioned as a leader. Then shortly after that publication, Gartner published the Gartner Mid-Market Context: “Magic Quadrant for Content Collaboration Platforms” and we were named a notable vendor for the second year in a row.
What does this mean?
It means that not only are we considered a leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant, we are also considered a notable vendor for mid-size (MSE) enterprises who need the same level of security, storage choice and user experience as larger enterprises, but have a strong understanding of the mid-market and support based on their unique challenges.
The Mid-Market Context: “Magic Quadrant for Content Collaboration Platforms” research highlights consideration for technology and service selection, such a simplified pricing, all-inclusive licensing and discounts for multi-year subscriptions. While this is beneficial to our mid-size enterprises, we believe that it is of value for our larger enterprise customers as well. Our pricing model overall for all sizes of enterprises is simple and all-inclusive to help customers manage their total cost of ownership.
