Nestled in the beautiful countryside in Nointel not far from Paris, Axway brought together 30 managers of the Marketing and Solution, Product & Engineering departments to collaborate and brainstorm for 2019 at the 17th century Château de Nointel. For three days, many great topics were discussed for the future. The tranquility of the Château allowed for an exceptional setting to have an empowering meeting of the minds for strategy, marketing planning and solutions settings going forward.

While Château de Nointel was a great platform for collaboration, the main goal of the day was brainstorming ideas for 2019. The team got together to bring their objectives into a foreseeable focus. They adopted the modern OKR methodology and defined their respective achievements for the upcoming quarter and semester. The most significant concept of OKR is to be able to set objectives with a strong alignment across all teams and measure and verify their achievement with tangible key results.
There are no ambiguities for 2019. Château de Nointel provided a peaceful setting so everyone could have a platform to set their points of view in place and have a realistic vision for 2019. In the effort to keep increasing customer satisfaction, the outcomes of this workshop were very beneficial to all involved.
Thanks to great collaboration and team spirit, the Axway teams brought a magnifique experience to Château de Nointel.
