Michel is an expert in e-invoicing processes, with close to two decades of experience helping companies streamline their IT and invoicing processes while meeting the complex requirements of global B2B integration.

Previously to joining Axway, Michel was CEO of AdValvas, a European leader in the field that was at the forefront of Peppol and e-invoicing for the past decade, where he helped steer the direction of invoice compliance around the globe.

Axway acquired AdValvas in 2023, expanding its B2B integration and EDI capabilities. As VP of e-Invoicing, Michel remains committed to contributing to e-invoicing standards and best practices on a global scale and looks forward to continuing to serve customers as part of the Axway family.

Michel holds a master’s degree in economics from the University of Antwerp and lives in Ghent, Belgium.
