Michael guides the global team of Support Engineers, Critical Account Managers, and regional Support Leadership teams to deliver a best-in-class technical support experience for Axway business partners.
He has 30 years’ worth of experience supporting enterprise software solutions in Ed-Tech and B2B, including 4 years leading the North America Support organization here at Axway before taking over the entire global team for the past 7 years. Michael is especially proud of contributing to Axway's overall NPS improvements by balancing a customer-centric culture with the diverse individual needs of a global organization.
When not solving the world’s integration problems, he likes to spend his time with his 3 pugs, 1 cat, and 1 cockatiel, traveling the world with his wife of 11 years, and yelling at the TV when the Yankees lose (or even when they win, to be perfectly honest!)
