You often realize the value of something when it is taken from you.
For several years, the opportunity to meet with a large group of colleagues, customers, and partners was taken from us.
The week before last, I was very fortunate to spend a couple of days in Lyon with more than 200 Axway EMEA customers and partners. It was the last of our Axway Summit events in North America, Latin America, and Europe this season, gathering with customers and partners from all over the world, from Singapore to South Africa.
Our North American colleagues kicked things off in Denver, Colorado in April – you can watch a quick recap with this video:
Then, it was on to Axway Summit Latin America in beautiful São Paulo, Brazil.
And finally, we gathered in Lyon, France:
As most of us left to get back to our countries, cities, companies… I felt full. And not just because of Lyon’s famous gastronomy!
I left Axway Summit 2024 full of energy, full of passion, full of meaning, and full of new memories with our customers. I am already thinking about the next time we will all be reunited, welcoming newcomers, to celebrate our partnership and our customer successes.
It was an honor to help hand out these beautiful trophies to this year’s Axway Excellence Awards winners in every region – recognizing their extraordinary achievements in digital transformation, innovation, and visionary excellence.
These awards are a testament to the remarkable work our customers do in delivering brilliant digital experiences and exceptional outcomes for their customers around the world.
This year’s submissions were outstanding and made our judges’ job incredibly challenging, so our winners were very deserving of recognition this year.

As a software company, we deliver technology and services to our customers, but great technology alone is not enough. It was fantastic to share stories of partnership between Axway and customers that started more than 20 years ago with more recent customers and partners.
- Consider for example how Moët Hennessy’s partner ecosystem and modern cloud solution helps the company consistently deliver high-end beverages to its customers;
- Or the way HAVI Logistics ensures non-stop logistics operations for restaurants like McDonald’s with global reach;
- Pharmaceutical enterprise Boehringer Ingelheim shared how they approach change driven by strategy and organization to foster the adoption of their internal API products;
- Then, there is FM Logistic’s digital innovation journey for a sustainable, omnichannel supply chain;
- U.S. transportation company CSX shared their API journey to transform the health of the communities they serve, with insights into their innovative, agile, and secure approach;
- CoVantage Credit Union detailed their API journey and the need to better leverage the over 100 APIs it takes to run the business;
- Bosch Digital is on a journey to become an API-led organization, accelerating digital innovation with Amplify Enterprise Marketplace;
- And much more.
I couldn’t be prouder of hearing Axway customers talk about our culture, the value of our partnership through great – and tough – periods, our authenticity, our willingness and capacity to listen and act on feedback and demand.
We also had the opportunity to share demos, answer questions, expand on our product roadmaps, and get in-depth feedback through customer advisory councils. Lydia Defranchi and Nicole Renault shared a little glimpse into what this entails at Summit EMEA:
